Dial-a-Mattress Returns & Refunds Policy

At Dial-a-Mattress, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. If you're not entirely pleased with your order, we're here to assist you through our straightforward returns process.

1. Change of Mind (Online Purchases)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your online order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To qualify:

  • Notification: Inform us of your decision to cancel within 14 days of delivery.

  • Return Period: Return the item(s) within 14 days after notifying us.

  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, mattresses that have been unsealed or used cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we'll process your refund within 14 days. Please note that delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty.

2. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your product is faulty or damaged upon delivery:

  • Notification: Contact us within 30 days of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will offer a repair, replacement, or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault and your preference.

For faults identified after 30 days but within six months, you're entitled to a repair or replacement. If the issue persists, a refund may be offered.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our Customer Service team via email or phone with your order details and reason for return.

  2. Return Authorization: We'll provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.

  3. Packaging: Securely package the item(s), including all original components and documentation.

  4. Shipping: Send the item(s) to the address provided, ensuring you obtain proof of postage.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

4. Refund Processing

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item(s):

  • Approval: If the return meets our criteria, we'll process your refund to the original payment method.

  • Timeline: Refunds are typically processed within 14 days of receiving the return.

5. Warranty Claims

Our products come with a manufacturer's warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship. Warranty periods vary by product. To make a warranty claim:

  • Contact Us: Provide details of the issue, along with proof of purchase.

  • Assessment: We'll evaluate the claim and, if valid, offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
